Endometrial Receptivity Test
Endometrial receptivity, also referred to as the window of implantation (WOI), is the period of time when the endometrium is ready for embryo implantation. Some women experience a displaced WOI, which means there is a lack of synchronization between the embryo and the endometrium, leading to implantation failure even in the case of healthy embryos.
Endometrial receptivity test utilizes molecular biomarkers to assess the condition of the endometrium, offering a more precise guideline for when to best perform embryo transfer. This, in turn, enhances the likelihood of success in IVF treatment.

There are 2 techniques as below:
- Non-Invasive Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ORA)
- Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA)
Who can benefit?
- Repeated implantation failure despite good quality embryos
- Advanced maternal age (35 or above)
- High BMI
- Thin endometrial lining
